This is the second piece in my concentration so far. I hate it, it's just not very original and it doesn't have the level of realism (yet fantasy) that the first piece does...

However, concentration is an exploration, a progression, and I think it does help show the progression and transitions the first and the third piece well enough.

The image quality came out pretty bad, which only makes it look worse, but here it is...

Odyssey: Concentration 1

For my concentration this school year (2018-2019), I have decided upon the topic of "odyssey" to explore. Right now, I'm envisioning self-discovery, coming-of-age, journey, and the idea of "metanoia"- a Greek word which describes the kind of transformation of the heart and mind when one goes through a journey.
